Energy healing is a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.

Many Cultures through History have studied the body’s energy centres since the beginning of time.

 The seven chakras, the energy transmission centres of the body, were first described in ancient Hindu texts. Meridians, the energy superhighways of the body, helped lead traditional Chinese medicine practitioners to develop acupuncture.

These ancient cultures used different modalities to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal, but they all recognized the power of internal energy.

Energy healing and how we see it as Energy and its Vibration.

We all learned in high school physics class that matter is made up of molecules. Even something that is solid, such as a table, is vibrating all the time. As humans, we, too, are vibrating.

When you say someone has “good vibes,” you are really talking about that person’s vibrational energy—and happy people tend to vibrate.

Places have vibes too. When you walk into a room in which a fight has just occurred, you may feel dense energy that makes you want to leave right away. The beach has a light vibe due to the salt natural cleanser and moving air. The air at the beach vibrates at a higher frequency as well.

Nico Amores Healing modality should not be exclude to any Western medicine you may be taking or following. Adding my modalities might improve how you may Feel and Be.

You don’t need to completely grasp the concept of energy healing before you dive into the practice but be open to feeling the effects of its frequency. Any time is a good time to visit me when you feel to add a new aspect to your life. I would recommend coming into our session with an open mind for maximum benefit. If you are stressed,  anxious, or physically drained, an energy healing session from me can help you relax and feel more balanced. And if you’re already feeling good, it’s always possible to feel a little better.

Energy healing is a complementary modality that shouldn’t exclude any Western medicine you may be taking.

There are many kinds of energy healing, and each one calls on slightly different tools and techniques.

Clean your Energy Regularly

Just as you shower and brush your teeth every day, you should also be cleansing your energy regularly. Once you visit with an energy healer, keep the good vibes flowing by taking a bath in  Pink Himalayan salts for 20 minutes whenever you start to feel the heaviness creeping back into your body. And finally,  high-vibe crystals have their own healing properties that can help give your energy a little boost.

All you need to begin your energy healing journey is curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Tips to ensure a beautiful environment for your healing session:

  • Create a quiet setting (your favourite room, private space);
  • Cover yourself with a blanket do not feel cold;
  • Being awake or asleep are both as powerful;
  • Be comfortable (lie down or sit comfortably on sofa or chair);
  • Make sure all technical devices are off;
  • Include a minimum of 10 minutes after your session to be still and reflect on yourself. It is essential and will support your process with the opportunity to integrate the beautiful work that was done during your session.

 

What to do before your healing session:

 

 1. Relax and reflect

  • sit and reflect before the session, at least 15 minutes;
  • look within, check your body sensations, thoughts and emotions;
  • breathing a few minutes is essential to look within and get an understanding of how you feel;
  • reflect on any intentions you have for the session. 

2. Eat and hydrate

  • be sure you’ve eaten and hydrated before the session so that you feel comfortable during the session;
  • avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand. 
3. Get comfortable
  • indifferently if the session is remote or face-to-face, it is recommended to laying down for the majority of your session since comfort and openness are essential during the healing;
  • be sure you are wearing comfortable clothes;
  • in the face to face healing, bring socks since shoes are removed during the session, and the feet can get cold;
  • make sure to be open,  relaxed and comfortable before the session. Communicate this to me if not comfortable so that we make sure you are as relaxed as possible;

 

What is recommended after your healing session?

1. Openness to accept and integrate the benefits of the healing
  • you can feel the benefits soon after the session ends;
  • take at least 20 minutes after the session to lie down, meditate,  walk in nature, or even take a nap;
  • avoid booking another session immediately after your session.
2. Eat and hydrate (again!)
  • hydrate yourself (1-2 glasses of water) after the energy work session. An excellent way to replenish the body is to add electrolytes to your water. Also, if you feel hungry, choose a healthy snack or meal afterwards.
3. Reflect
  • it is vital to spend some time after the session reflecting on your experience during the session, your thoughts and your emotions;
  • journaling, drawing, or other ways to express yourself is helpful for your healing experience;
  • meditation is another essential means to calming connect and learn from your own healing experience. 

 

Is one healing session enough, or do I need several sessions?

  • One session is a great start!
  • Listen to your inner self and the difference that you see within yourself after the session;
  • Various clients that worked with me, after experiencing benefits, purchased a series of sessions to work on their inner healing and wellness goals progressively.
