Tips to ensure a beautiful environment for your healing session:

  • Create a quiet setting (your favourite room, private space);
  • Cover yourself with a blanket do not feel cold;
  • Being awake or asleep are both as powerful;
  • Be comfortable (lie down or sit comfortably on sofa or chair);
  • Make sure all technical devices are off;
  • Include a minimum of 10 minutes after your session to be still and reflect on yourself. It is essential and will support your process with the opportunity to integrate the beautiful work that was done during your session.

 

What to do before your healing session:

 

 1. Relax and reflect

  • sit and reflect before the session, at least 15 minutes;
  • look within, check your body sensations, thoughts and emotions;
  • breathing a few minutes is essential to look within and get an understanding of how you feel;
  • reflect on any intentions you have for the session. 

2. Eat and hydrate

  • be sure you’ve eaten and hydrated before the session so that you feel comfortable during the session;
  • avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand. 
3. Get comfortable
  • indifferently if the session is remote or face-to-face, it is recommended to laying down for the majority of your session since comfort and openness are essential during the healing;
  • be sure you are wearing comfortable clothes;
  • in the face to face healing, bring socks since shoes are removed during the session, and the feet can get cold;
  • make sure to be open,  relaxed and comfortable before the session. Communicate this to me if not comfortable so that we make sure you are as relaxed as possible;

 

What is recommended after your healing session?

1. Openness to accept and integrate the benefits of the healing
  • you can feel the benefits soon after the session ends;
  • take at least 20 minutes after the session to lie down, meditate,  walk in nature, or even take a nap;
  • avoid booking another session immediately after your session.
2. Eat and hydrate (again!)
  • hydrate yourself (1-2 glasses of water) after the energy work session. An excellent way to replenish the body is to add electrolytes to your water. Also, if you feel hungry, choose a healthy snack or meal afterwards.
3. Reflect
  • it is vital to spend some time after the session reflecting on your experience during the session, your thoughts and your emotions;
  • journaling, drawing, or other ways to express yourself is helpful for your healing experience;
  • meditation is another essential means to calming connect and learn from your own healing experience. 

 

Is one healing session enough, or do I need several sessions?

  • One session is a great start!
  • Listen to your inner self and the difference that you see within yourself after the session;
  • Various clients that worked with me, after experiencing benefits, purchased a series of sessions to work on their inner healing and wellness goals progressively.
